John Firrell
John is a licensed builder with trade and tertiary qualifications in both the residential and commercial industry. With more than 32 years’ experience and a dedication to detail and quality, John leads the team at Sovereign Homes with a ‘hands on’ approach.
John Flatley
John is our Design and Construction Manager. John has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years and brings with that extensive experience in design trends and construction knowledge. He also holds a current QBCC Builders licence. John has the mindset that his responsibility is to provide an outcome for his clients that will be timeless and suit the family dynamic not just now, but also years later when the dynamic changes. He also prides himself on delivering high quality construction outcomes with his eye for detail this is also enabled through the fact that he works with his clients from initial enquiry through to handover. John and Nick work closely in providing their clients a home they will be proud of.
Kerry Brialey
Kerry is the initial point of contact for the company. Her role includes assisting the Director and the design team, managing marketing for the company and providing administration support. Kerry strives to ensure clients are happy at all times and the office runs smoothly day to day.
Steve Gilbert
Steve is involved from the day a contract is signed through to completion of a project. A rapport is established with his clients throughout the course of the building works, which allows open communication with the goal of delivering the project as promised. Steve has extensive experience in the building industry and is committed to providing our clients with professional service and a quality product.
Rochelle South
Rochelle works closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of each project. Rochelle is in constant contact with our suppliers, making sure the right products and supplies are on track for delivery to site for an efficient end result.
Jenny McDonald
Jenny undertakes all the accounting requirements for Sovereign Homes.
